After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, he completed his master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bahçeşehir University. For more than 18 years, she has been working in the field of human resources in the IT industry. Throughout her experience, she has successfully managed many projects in recruitment, job analysis, organizational structuring, orientation and training, career planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, quality and process studies, mergers and acquisitions. Since 2015, as a recruitment consultant, she has successfully carried out recruitment projects for many local and global companies in the IT sector.

In 2019, she founded Zenith HR to provide selection and placement services for the IT industry. “Zenith HR provides a first-class service experience to its clients by approaching their recruitment needs in a high-quality, fast and solution-oriented manner.
