Hande Kizir received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and her master's degree in Human Resources Management from Bahçeşehir University. After working in different sectors in the first years of her career, she started her career in IT sector in human resources in 2006. During her experience at Asseco SEE, she implemented many projects in the company such as recruitment, job analysis, organizational structuring, orientation and training, career planning, performance management, remuneration and benefits, quality and business process. During this period, she successfully managed the acquisition and merger projects of the company. In 2015, she moved to the recruitment consultancy side and successfully carried out the recruitment projects of many local and global companies in the IT sector.

In September 2019, she founded Zenith HR to provide search and selection services for the IT industry. Zenith HR provides quality, fast and solution-oriented approach to the recruitment needs of its customers, giving them a first-class service experience. It also provides consultancy to all IT professionals who want to take their careers forward and makes them take the right step. Zenith HR works closely with its customers and candidates and acts as their business partners. It aims to increase the satisfaction of business partners and to make a difference in the sector by adhering to ethical values and confidentiality principles.
